Islecroft Stadium is a stadium in Dalbeattie, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. It was constructed in 1950. This is the permanent home ground of Dalbeattie Star F.C. It is not a large stadium. It used to have the total capacity of 1,320 people, 100 of which were seated places. Its current capacity is 3,500 people, 300 of which are seats. The seated area is covered, and all of the seats are located at the stand. The stadium has an oval shape. No running track is constructed around the football field. In 2016, there were floodlights installed in the stadium. The pitch is covered with natural grass.

How to get to

From the A710, you should take the first turn on the right toward High Street. There will be a memorial just before the river bridge. This is where you should turn right toward the Mill Street and then turn right again. Islecroft is located at the end of the street.

From the A711, you should take the first turn on the left toward Barhill Road. After 0.5 miles, turn right toward Southwick Road and keep driving until the Alpine Street. After around 400 yds., turn right again toward Mill Street.

From the A75, drive on the road leading to the Dalbeattie. There will be crossroads, where you should turn left toward Craignair Street. On the second turn, you should take a right, and after the river, you should take a left. Drive until you reach Mill Street.
