Estadio Jalisco is the third largest Mexican football stadium behind Estadio Azteca and Estadio Olimpico. The facility is located in the city of Guadalajara, 400 kilometres north-west of Mexico, and has a maximum capacity of 62,384 fans.
This stadium is used mostly for football games, though it has also been used for a short number of shows, such as the Floricienta Show on February 23, 2007.It is the home ground of Guadalajara and Atlas, two of the oldest and most prominent football teams in Mexico. This stadium hosted the 1970 and 1986 World Cups.
