Description:
St. Colman's Park is home to Irish football (soccer) team 'Cobh Ramblers F.C.'. The stadium, which once held up to 9,000 spectators is currently undergoing a re-development programme. New offices and dressing rooms were completed in early 2006. The existing East Stand has been re-seated, new floodlights have been erected and a new 900-seater South Stand is due to open in October 2007. Proposals are in place to redevelop the other two side of the ground to give a 4,500 all-seater capacity.
