Meadow Lane is one of the better grounds in the lower divisions, all of its stands have been redeveloped in recent years, the ground now has 20,300 seats. All the seatng is black in the colour of its Tennant, Notts County who are also knwn as the 'Magpies'. All the stands are of a similar size giving a nice feel to the stadiums. The stands were redeveloped in the early 1990's making Meadow Lane to be one of the first stadiums within the United Kingdom to be all-seater.
The ground is located very close to the River Trent in close proximity to their Rival's 'Nottingham Forest' which is a couple of hundred meters away on the opther side of teh river.

The stadium is very close to Nottingham Station and signposted. If you don't find the signposts, all you need to do is turn left out of the station onto Queens Road, and then follow London Road until you see the ground (via Cattle Market Road). If you go over the bridge you have gone too far - but will catch a view of Notting Forest's 'City Ground'.
