It has been the ground for different kinds of sports, including show jumping, basketball, baseball, tennis, kabaddi, and more. The stadium is also a venue for various music events. There is still the track remaining around the pitch, although the stadium has not been used for speedway racing since 1934.

The stadium includes the all-seated Tetley’s stand. Grattan Stadium (Odsal) belonged to the Bradford City Council until 2012, when the RFL purchased its leasing agreements. The current capacity of the Grattan Stadium is 26,019.
