The Luso- Brasileiro Stadium is in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro state, in South Eastern Brazil.Portuguesa a Football (soccer) team play at the stadium.The stadium was built in 1965, it was inaugurated on October 1st, 1965.The stadium originally had a maximum capacity of only 5,000 but in 2005 the stadium was rebuilt and now holds 30,000.The stadium was also used as a home ground by Flemengo and Botafogo during the 2005 Campeonato Brasileiro.
