Stade René Pleven d'Akpakpa is a multi-use stadium in Cotonou, Benin. It is currently used mostly for football (soccer) matches and is used as the home stadium of 'Requins de l'Atlantique FC'. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 spectators and has recently had artificial turf laid at the stadium at a cost of $850k and will be used in a precursor to the 2010 World Cup.
